Officer, Risk Management
  • Degree in Finance or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in broking industry an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant exchange regulations and products, and general market practices
  • Working knowledge of client credit analysis
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and Access
  • Good command of spoken and written communications in English & Chinese
(including Putonghua)

Job Duties:
  • Monitoring and performing credit risk controls in accordance with CSB's policies and procedures
  • Preparing daily credit risk reports, following up margin call settlements and preparing payment demand letters where necessary
  • Following up exceptional cases in accordance with policy and management requirements
  • Preparing weekly & monthly credit risk reports for management review
  • Processing applications and reviewing trading and/or credit limit for margin, custodian, futures and institutional accounts
  • Assisting with litigation checks for existing and new clients
  • Assisting with annual limit review exercise
  • Providing clerical support to credit risk team
