The incumbent is accountable for assisting the design and development of sales promotion and engagement activities, and providing all programme related logistics support such as customer offer proposal, managing expenses and preparing management reports for partners to achieve business KPIs.

Job Descriptions:

  • Support the planning and execution of all sales and marketing programs including customer offers such as premium discounts, appointment gifts and sales awards such as party money, sales engagement activities by working effectively with vendors, business partners and internal departments to ensure smooth completion by committed schedule.
  • Assist and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth launch of sales promotions, sales incentives and loyalty programmes in supporting all partnering channels (Bank, non-Bank) to achieve business targets.
  • Manage programme related expenses to ensure adherence to internal financial guidelines, and to ensure offers and gifts are delivered to customers, frontline and business partners according to committed schedule.
  • Support to develop and distribute management reports on programme results to keep track of programme status and achieve programme targets.
  • Support to handle marketing programmes related enquiries from sales teams or internal departments, e.g. customer service, operations etc, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in business, marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance, banking or financial related fields with at least 1 year in marketing or related role.
  • Experience in developing sales and customer campaigns
  • Strong communications and problem solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
