Job Purpose:
  • Provide administrative/ marketing support to the Direct Channels Department. In addition to support your line manager’s works and departmental administrative functions, the role will also require to supervise 2 or more junior support staffs to ensure smooth operation within the department and to facilitate sales to achieve overall high sales efficiency
Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist Assistant Manager/ Manager, Sales & Service Support, to provide full range of administrative support and coordination to Direct Channels in accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible to replenish office supplies including but not limited to stationeries, paper and bottled water etc.
  • Responsible to maintain premises’ tidiness including but not limited to filing, empty paper in shredder, “green bag" confidential documents collection etc
  • Provide administrative support to Direct Channels including but not limited to daily business reports updating, staff movement related files updating, expenses reimbursement, staff card registration, leave updating, collect & distribute incoming fax/ mail etc in timely manner
  • Required to work on Saturday and travel to other branches when necessary
Incumbent Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above with minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
