Officer / Senior Officer – Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and approve cases for new business of Wealth Management division
• Manage and act as one of the focal point persons to support Financial advisers including new application, policy servicing, payment related questions and other enquiries
• Respond to financial advisers’ enquiries and provide professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standard
• Liaise with financial advisers on pending cases and service requests
• Assist in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes
• Being the liaison to cooperate with different internal departments as well as external parties for business support purposes.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or duties as requested

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 2 years + working experience in the business support and administration area
• Relevant IFA working experience is a definite plus
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a must.
• Be good communication, customer focused and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with people at all levels
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
