Perform routine tasks related to Credit Reference Agency (TransUnion/ CCRA) such as enquiry suppression, data contribution, opt out request from customers, follow up any discrepancies and data correction, etc.
Administrate on subscribing credit reports to facilitate regular credit review exercise.
Act as a coordinator between branches and departments on IT related projects
Perform user profile and authority updates, and review regularly
Perform system code table maintenance
Handle related enquiries from branches and departments
Arrange with IT Department on IT equipment procurement and logistics
Assist to perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancement
Provide administrative support and assist any ad-hoc projects assigned
Diploma holder or above with 2 years relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
Sound PC knowledge in MS Office
Well-organized with good analytical and communication skills
Motivated and enjoy teamwork
