Officer / Senior Officer, Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and daily administrative support
• Handle recruitment processing including sourcing, interview arrangement, contract preparation, on-boarding administration, preparing training materials
• Assist proactively with department heads on long-term staff development and people issues
• Assist in all round administration support including back up reception counter support and shop opening administration
• Implement staff engagement program
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher diploma or Degree in any disciplines, major in Human Resources Management is preferable.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration. Previous experience in mass recruitment. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Positive working attitude, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and possess a service-oriented attitude
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related legislations
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel functions and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable
