Officer / Senior Officer, Projects (TY)

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of work, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
• To handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• To assist and work closely and to ensure smooth daily operations
• Any other works as directed by Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Building Construction and / or Building Surveying or equivalent related Engineering / Construction disciplines
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or Professional Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety which is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies in property maintenance or related field
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skills
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (i.e. Minor Works System)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Immediate available is preferred
