  • Responsible for customer service resources sorting management, and connecting with service providers for all customer service matters
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing customer service activity schemes, and collecting customer experiences and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for customer service related budget management
  • Responsible for tracking, analyzing and organizing data which related to both policy and customer services
  • Participate in service projects relating to service enhancement and other assigned tasks


  • Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in life insurance company or bank, preferable in project management / agency or broker channel / life policy operation
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Excellent Problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and execution
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
