Officer - Site Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the team to support supervisor(s) in site hunting, application, coordination and proposal submission
• Prepare documentations for tenancy / license agreements
• Manage site renewal record
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in any disciplines, 2 years' working experience 
• Previous exposure in the leasing field is definitely an advantage
• A positive team player with attention to details and logical thinking
• Good organization, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Well-versed in MS office applications
• Immediately available is highly preferred
