Officer, Staff Relation

Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement staff engagement initiatives
  • Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedural manuals
  • Provide back-up support on Compensation and Benefits tasks including MPF and insurance administration, tax filing, data and record management, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentation materials
  • Participate in HR projects / tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in staff relations
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Strong communication, people and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across the departments in the Bank
  • Good organizing and project management skills
  • Possess a passion for employee engagement
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
