Officer - Trade Operations

Responsibilities:

• Detect fraud and potential operating issues by conducting verification of the underlying assets of the Trade Finance transactions and check and process full sets of trade finance documents related to the Finance transactions
• Check and evaluate the logistics flow
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on deal progress
• Assist to implement automation of trade operation procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operation 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Logistics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in trade operations preferably in banking industry or financial institutions 
• Knowledge in trade financing operations, international trade and factoring of receivables sector
• Familiar with incoterm 2010, UCP600 and ISBP is desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command in written, spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office
