Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and training support including data entry, course enrollments, records keeping, training notices and answering enquiries from different parties
  • Organize and assist in Lean Six Sigma related meetings, workshops, trainings and events, etc..
  • Assist in design of training material including Powerpoint presentation
  • Analyze project data and produce training reports

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Associate degree graduate
  • At least 2 year solid working experience in professional training coordination
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Powerpoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in Chinese and English is essential
  • Immediately available is preferred
