On behalf of financial clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Position: Officer/Assistant Officer/Assistant - Insurance (Pensions, Group Medical, General Insurance, Life)

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   

RESPONSIBILITIES  

To execute any of the following job functions:     

a).  Pension Administration/Operations (Assistant Officer/Assistant - few posts)  

  • To manage the assigned MPF / ORSO scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • To process the customers’ requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment
  • To handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle and resolve complicated issues or complaints and escalate to manager in a timely manner
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects  

 b).  Pension Administration/Operations (Assistant - Fresh Graduates/Beginner Positions)

  • Manage assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • Process customers’ requests on enrollment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment
  • Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

c).  Pensions Customer Service Hotline (Fresh graduates)

  • Handle MPF inquiries through hotlines and e-mails
  • Follow up customer enquiries and feedback with good quality standard 
  • Ensure the delivery of service meet with our service standard & comply with regulatory requirements
  • To assist junior colleagues in handling complaint cases/ demanding customers

d).   Group Medical Administration Administrative Assistant

  • Handle daily members' changes and cards issuance to clients and follow up with clients for any outstanding issues
  • Handle customers service hotline and other general written enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Handle assigned cases of new business and renew policies and ensure policy contracts, invoices and related administrative services are delivered within the service standard, operation procedures and guidelines
  • Coordinate with panel to investigate medical card service from members

e).  General Insurance (Officer)

  • To provide administrative support to the department
  • Assist in checking, preparing and sending out document to clients
  • Review and consolidate new or renewal data from ceding companies
  • Answer or reply enquiries from ceding companies or reinsurers
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties when required

f).  Policy Administration (Officer/Assistant Officer)  - Contract 

  • Assist in various operations projects such as operations system enhancement, preparing test plan, carrying out UAT, system testing and data cleansing.   

g).  Underwriting Assistant (6 months contract)  

  • To perform basic scanning, data inputting, documentation handling  

REQUIREMENTS:    

A.  General Requirements

  • Diploma, Associate Degree, Degree in Business Administration, or other discipline 
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
  • Good analytical skills with sensitivity to figures
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)    

B.  Experience Requirements    

a).  for  Pension Administration/Operations (Assistant Officer/Assistant) requires 3 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration.  

b).  for  Pension Administration/Operations (Assistant - Fresh Graduates/Beginner positions) requires some clerical experience with fast typing speed

c).  for  Pensions Customer Service Hotline (Fresh graduates) requires some customer service hotline experience.  

d).   for  Group Medical Administration Administrative Assistant requires 1 year clerical experience preferably in insurance industry

e).  for  General Insurance (Officer) requires least 2-3 years policy administration in general insurance with reinsurance preferable but not essential

f).  for  Policy Administration (Officer/Assistant Officer (Contract)  requires 1-3 years or above experience gained in life insurance industry, knowledge on AML requirements or experience in life system revamp and/or enhancement will be a definite advantage

g).   for Underwriting Assistant (6 months contract) requires some clerical experience, fast typing speed of both English and Chinese, welcome fresh graduates
