Officer/Senior Officer, Customer Services (Complaint & Correspondences)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Achieve performance targets (i.e. KPIs)
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all discussions with clients, agents and investigations.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • 3 - 4 years’ customer services experience in insurance industry
  • Customer-focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
