Offset Production Manager

International Trimmings & Labels (Asia) Limited

REPORTS TO:        Operations Director
FUNCTION     :         Manufacturing


Lead the Paper label operation in the plant while driving continuous improvement activities across the department to be best in class supporting aggressive growth.


  • Provide the leadership to offset manufacturing teams driving day to day operation.
  • Maintain all the processes in the department align to SOP’s taking the ownership.
  • Meeting customer expectation on delivery and quality requirements maintaining world class standards.
  • Effectively utilization of Man, Machine and Material resources to improve the profits.
  • Lead all new investment projects from the decision making stage till the completion of the project Supporting growth.
  • Be technically strong to take appropriate decisions  under pressure
  • Lead the continuous improvement initiatives in the department
  • As a part of operations leadership team, work closely with cross functional and regional teams on problem Solving/best practice sharing.


  • Reasonable technical back ground in offset printing and finishing.
  • Min 3-5 years manufacturing experience with minimum 1-2 years’ experience at production management level in offset production.
  • Knowledge about basic lean/Six sigma principles and experience in execution would be an added advantage but not a must.


  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin & ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
