OK Finance - Direct Sales Representative
Job Matcher
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and revenues for the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solicit personal loan applications through out-reach sales activities and outbound calls
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales volume target
- Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer

Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Secondary educated or above with at least 3 year sales experience preferably in consumer finance industry
- Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Direct Sales Representative
