OK Finance - Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodical business report of all sales & distribution channels including but not limited to vendor sales, direct sales and branches for tracking and analysis purpose
  • Administer Management Flow of all sales & distribution channels as well as calculation of commission
  • Liaise with branches to ensure smooth operation flow and redefine when necessary
  • Conduct customer survey to ensure services are delivered in polite and compliance manner
  • Provide assistance to Sales Support Manager in planning and implementing sales activities, website revamp and electronic system enhancement
  • Perform general clerical duties

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Secondary Educated or above
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in consumer finance industry is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Well-organized and matured
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
