OK Finance - Sales Support Officer
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Prepare periodical business report of all sales & distribution channels including but not limited to vendor sales, direct sales and branches for tracking and analysis purpose
- Administer Management Flow of all sales & distribution channels as well as calculation of commission
- Liaise with branches to ensure smooth operation flow and redefine when necessary
- Conduct customer survey to ensure services are delivered in polite and compliance manner
- Provide assistance to Sales Support Manager in planning and implementing sales activities, website revamp and electronic system enhancement
- Perform general clerical duties
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Description:
- Secondary Educated or above
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in consumer finance industry is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Well-organized and matured
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
