With the expansion of our businesses in Reda, we are now recruiting highly motivated candidate to join our Support Service Team.

Job Description

• On-site ELV Services (Responsible for Set-up, maintain & support at client sites as well as in-house maintenance works)
• Outdoor IT Support - Provide end-user operation training at client sites and in office
• On-the-Job training will be provided
• Working independently or with team members
• 負責客戶現場的設置，維護和支援, 以及內部工作
• 將提供在職培訓
• 能獨立工作及與團隊成員一起工作

Requirements

• School Cert. or above
• Highly responsible, able to work independently and communicate with business clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable to learn and adapt to new working environment
• F.5 畢業或以上學歷
• 有責任心，能夠獨立工作並與客戶溝通聯繫
• 對電腦產品及數碼產品有基本認識及興趣
• 有較強的分析和解決問題的能力
• 有學習和適應新的工作環境的能力
