Online Availability Analyst

Is this your next challenge in E-comm Management?

Responsible for ensuring high-levels of online availability and SKU fulfilment. Key KPIs are in-app out-of-stocks, in-stock impression rate, % of items listed online, and SKU fulfilment rate. Specific tasks include:

  • Design and maintain reports showing key metrics that track the inputs that drive improvement in availability KPIs
  • Support forecasting exercises and ensure adequate allocation of stock for online promotions, track performance against forecast and continuously improve forecast accuracy
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear, efficient processes for managing stock levels and allocations
  • Develop logic and manage settings for online safety stock
  • Work together with Tech Infrastructure and Supply & Demand Planning teams on improving our ordering and availability logic
  • Support on designing systems & processes for enabling online availability & listing of more complex item types

Do you have experience in stock management?

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in online operations, supply chain or demand & supply planning preferred.
  • Detail oriented and structured mindset, with the ability to connect between the dots and constantly test and evaluate hypotheses.
  • Willing to learn and solve problems outside one’s area of expertise or comfort zone.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, which includes addressing day to day issues as well as solving long-term problems. Willing to spend time working & learning in stores and warehouses.
  • Strong communication & people skills to influence, partner, and drive performance with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proficient in Excel (managing large datasets & pivot tables), PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 tools. Experience in python, SQL or other languages for managing large datasets is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
