Online Customer Services Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead online shop for China market, based in HK
  • Lead and drive a team to deliver excellent customer services in a professional manner
  • Monitor daily customer service operations include but not limited to review and enhance the complaint handling system; streamline working procedure and ensure the operation process in full compliance with the Company policies, rules and regulations
  • Initiate recommendations for quality service improvements by taking account of customer feedback
  • Participate in operations/system enhancement projects

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Have superior selling technique, communication skills & interpersonal skill
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Passionate, thrive on stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High sense of responsibility, aggressive, attention to details, diligent and work independently
  • Proficiency in speaking of Mandarin is a must
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
