Our client is a luxury commerce with a global website, mobile apps, retail stores, private shopping, VIP events and 24/7 team that offers wide selection of luxurious and premium products. Due to team expansion, they are looking for candidate who are innovative, entrepreneurial, ambitious and be a part of the fastest growing luxury eCommerce brand to join their Online Stylist team as Supervisor.
Ensure the floor plan is followed and that every agent is set up with all the tools they need for success.
Record any sickness or lateness in the rota and provide agents who are late with a lateness form.
End of day reports outlining the success and potential difficulties you experienced that day, as well as sales and productivity.
Create a daily floorplan which must reflect our busy times and set us up for success.
Report any ongoing or escalated issues that are affecting multiple customers to Manager.
Respond to any complaints or escalations from customers with the intention of resolving the issue quickly and to a high standard.
Monitor social media complaints.
Ensure that all communication with our clientele is to the highest standard.
Oversee creating and delivering a large portion of the trainings for the team, specifically looking at new designers to know and keeping up to date with the product and brands stock.
Passionate about fashion and customer service
Strong communication and process focus and the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.
Current or previous clientele experience ideally within luxury retail.
Ability to motivate and federate
