Online Strategy Manager

  • In charge of the sales and marketing teams in developing and executing a holistic plan / strategy to grow online (web and mobile) sales
  • Analysis the products performance
  • Analysis and explore the oppunitories in difficult counties
  • The plan should be customized to company needs and should integrate efforts across marketing (digital, brand and trade) and sales
  • Strengthen brand, trade and digital marketing support for online sales
  • Develop meaningful and realistic KPIs to track results of sales and marketing initiatives;
  • continuously monitor and track their performance / effectiveness and recommend proposals to refine our strategy where appropriate
  • Elevate in-house knowledge of online sales channels and marketing tactics, and the relation between the two.
  • Ensure that key decision-makers and team members are kept abreast of industry trends and practices



  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of online sales and operational experience
  • Strong operational experience with an in-depth understanding of value chains and operational models, especially in the context of online sales.
  • Experience in electric gadget industries is an advantage
  • Extensive experience in B2C, marketing and social media strategies
  • Proven track record in building and managing teams / online sales force and in devising sales KPIs to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets
  • Extensive experience in distributor, channel and product / pricing management
  • Strong market knowledge and network within major online platforms and well versed in developing partnerships with key stakeholders within the network
  • Strong organizational, project and time management, analytical, logical reasoning, problem solvingand interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to perform at a high level under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and an ability to shape and articulate strategic initiatives to senior management
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial and result-oriented self-starter who is keen on leading and driving the growth of a strategic channel
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
