Onsite Support Engineer

Duties:

  • Provide installation & technical support services to customers
  • Setup equipment for demostration and assist the evaluation to equipment & systems
  • Assist team supervisor to plan resource for service provision to services
  • Carry out PC installation and solve technical problems
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • At least 1 year IT work experience and technical support role
  • Knowledge of PC/LAN, PC cloning, networking, IP configure, ping gateway, printer setup and other office peripherals
  • Holder of MCP / MCSE or other related certificate
  • Self-motivated, polite, willing to learn
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese
  • Good customer service skill
