To handle all invoices and payment of suppliers and vendors
To ensure correct cost classification, prompt resolution of disputed items, approvals of invoices and timely expedition of vendors’ payment
To participate in month end closing activities and assist in preparation of monthly reports for management review
To assist in accounting software and online banking system implementation
To assist in any ad hoc assignment or report to support management decisions
To work in a team-based environment with different departments in various regions
Holder of Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
Min. 1 years of solid experience in daily AP management or G/L function in Hotel industry
Strong self-Initiative, high commitment to work assigned and the ability to meet the tight reporting deadline
A good team player with strong supervisory skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate Available is highly preferred
