Job Description

  • Responsible for setting up standard operating procedures and training call centre staff to ensure quality services is delivered and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Review and assess the call centre performance and workflow to improve overall service quality and standard
  • Provide training to hotline staff to maintain a professional service standard
  • Handle network provider hotline and pre-approval procedures
  • Handle data management, complaints, investigations
  • Work closely with other departments

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • With minimum 6 year working experience in customer service industry, preferably in healthcare or medical insurance sectors
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skill
  • A Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
