Operation Assistant (營運助理)

Responsibilities職責:

  • Assist operation team to handle contractual and license related issues;
  • 協助運營團隊處理合同和許可相關問題;
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support to management including but not limited to meeting and schedule arrangement;
  • 提供日常行政支援予部門主管,包括安排會議及行程
  • Prepare materials such as emails, meeting minutes and presentation proposals;
  • 準備文件,包括電郵草擬、書寫會議記錄、準備項目報表;
  • Conduct inspection regularly to ensure all facilities are operated properly
  • 定期巡查場地以確保所有設施運作正常
  • Outdoor work is required
  • 需要戶外工作
  • Support ad hoc assignments as necessary.
  • 處理部門主管委派的工作。

Requirements入職要求:

  • F.5 graduate or above;
  • 中五程度或以上;
  • 1 year relevant work experience, especially in F&B industry;
  • 一年相關工作經驗尤其是在餐飲行業;
  • Energetic, heedful, independent, self-confident and well organized
  • 積極、細心、具獨立處事能力、有自信及良好組織能力
  • Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  • 熟悉電腦操作包括MS Word、Excel,及中文打字 (倉頡/速成);
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with good planning and organizational skills.
  • 良好抗壓能力及能有計劃及組織地獨立完成指派工作
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • 可即時上班者優先。
