1)  Operation Assistant

Job Duties

  • Prepare purchases & sales contracts
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers, buyers & head office to arrange loading schedules
  • Handle shipping documents & issue invoices, etc.

 Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business/Engineering/Technology/Logistics
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese,
  • year working experience in operations and logistics.
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered

2) Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries, reports and communication with overseas offices
  • Follow up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
  • Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
  • Handles all import and export shipments
  • Co-ordinate with departments concerned on related issues

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding
  • Experience in Aero Shipments
  • Able to handle import & export documents
  • Familiar with worldwide markets
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills in MS Office application
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime
