As an Operation Assistant, your role with us involves:
 

  • Perform daily office administration duties including arranging office equipment, ordering and managing stationery and pantry items, ordering and managing refreshment and snacks, coordinating the reservation and setting up of meeting rooms
  • Support organizing staff and company events (including organizing catering)
  • Communicate and work closely with business development team for daily operation
  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls (and sometimes face to face).
  • Conduct after-sales customer satisfaction surveys in order to identify areas of strength and weakness in our products and processes
  • Work as backup to other team members as needed
  • Outdoor work may be required

  • Form 5 or higher
  • At least 1 year experience in general clerical duties
  • Knowledge in 3C products would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good organizationa, co-ordination and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
  • Patient, responsible manners and works well in a team
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English
