Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operation manager to support all-round operational matters, including business development, shop openings, renovation, marketing, implementing policies and procedures etc.
  • To carry out operation reports (e.g. budget & forecast)
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist the marketing issues
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above holder in Hospitality Management, Catering or related disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience, with exposure in F&B industry is definitely an advantage
  • Knowledge in relevant experience in SAP system 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
