  • Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment operational run time
  • Work with internal operations and maintenance personnel for most cost effective and efficient solution regarding maintenance issues
  • Apply current industry standards and/or location-specific data to set scope of work, job duration and related requirements
  • Plan for part, materials, specialized tools and equipment are in place to support execution of planned work
  • Develop & maintain a comprehensive data base for monitoring & improving operation efficiency
  • Occasionally field visit will be required


  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • 3 years proven experience in Maintenance, Repair and Operations planner role is preferred
  • Knowledge on Mechanical/Electrical product is preferable but not essential
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide mentor-ship to subordinates
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
