Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment operational run time
Work with internal operations and maintenance personnel for most cost effective and efficient solution regarding maintenance issues
Apply current industry standards and/or location-specific data to set scope of work, job duration and related requirements
Plan for part, materials, specialized tools and equipment are in place to support execution of planned work
Develop & maintain a comprehensive data base for monitoring & improving operation efficiency
Occasionally field visit will be required
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent discipline
3 years proven experience in Maintenance, Repair and Operations planner role is preferred
Knowledge on Mechanical/Electrical product is preferable but not essential
A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
Ability to provide mentor-ship to subordinates
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
