Operation Manager (Exhibition)

Job duties:

  • To plan, manage and supervise the overall administrative operation and logistics of the exhibitions, such as budgeting, cost controls, compiling exhibitors’ manual and onsite management
  • To prepare proposals and reports for exhibitions
  • To work closely with government departments, venue providers, vendors and internal teams to optimise the operation of the exhibitions
  • To handle feedback, enquires and complaints from exhibitors and visitors
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

  Job requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with 5 years working experience in exhibition or event management
  • Mature, detail-minded, well-organised, analytical and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good problem-solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Willing to travel and work overtime
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
