To plan, manage and supervise the overall administrative operation and logistics of the exhibitions, such as budgeting, cost controls, compiling exhibitors’ manual and onsite management
To prepare proposals and reports for exhibitions
To work closely with government departments, venue providers, vendors and internal teams to optimise the operation of the exhibitions
To handle feedback, enquires and complaints from exhibitors and visitors
To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Degree holder or above with 5 years working experience in exhibition or event management
Mature, detail-minded, well-organised, analytical and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Good problem-solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Willing to travel and work overtime
Immediate availability is preferred.
