Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
Handle and process the loan applications and transactions
Handle customer enquiries and request
Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in financial industry
Proactive and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Operation Clerk– Revolving Credit)
