• Provide high quality customer services and accurate information at the Telephone Response Centre to airport users and business partners
• Support other operations including respond to enquiries via digital communication channels and social media platforms
• Assist in the collection of accurate data from airport users and business partners for operation planning and further process and analysis
• Assist in preparation of relevant reports on faults and repairing needs to ensure service delivery per pre-set standards
• Required to work on shift duties (including overnight shift duties)
• Undertake other duties in Terminal 1 Department as and when required

• Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably in customer service, airline / hospitality industry. Secondary education level with at least 5 years working experience in the above industry will also be considered
• A good team player, detailed-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
