About this company

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily equity  (HK & Global markets) settlement functions including CCASS clearing and custodian services
  • Updating accounting journals to produce company’s Daily Profit and Loss Accounts & Balance Sheet
  • Guiding subordinates for the compliance to relevant rules and regulations
  • Overseeing the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations
  • Handling ad hoc projects in business development and regulatory requirement, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in securities and futures (HK & Global) settlement operations with 2-3 years of team management experience is preferred
  • Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
