Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned team’s KPIs and ensure performance-related issues are quickly and professionally dealt with
  • Drive new business/ project implementations which include SOP creation, KPI definition and solution design
  • Participate and organise regular performance review meetings for continuous improvement and innovative solutions for key customers
  • Monitor operational processes such as rates administration and handling of quotes, invoices and claims 
  • Support team members with complex cases or exceptional customer escalations
  • Assist in the contract management processes such as credit facility review and account receivable control when required

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have minimum 3 years relevant experience in team or project management in the freight forwarding industry. Prior exposure to high tech, automotive, industrial or FMCG will be advantageous. You are self-driven and demonstrate strong abilities in problem solving and communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. English and Mandarin skills are essential to the success of this role.
