The key objective of our Customer Service Operational Trainee Program is to develop and foster the potential fresh graduate to explore an extraordinary career path in e-Commerce world and become the pipeline of our key positions.
This 12-month program is designed for all recent graduates in any discipline who wish to develop a career in the e-Commerce industry. With management mentoring, you will rotate to different functional teams.
As an impactful team in the retail technology market, we are serving millions of customers in the Hong Kong ecommerce market. Other than the Tseung Kwan O Headquarter, we also have a Customer Service team in the UK office to serve our customers. We would offer a 1-month exchange programme of Customer Service department in the UK office for outstanding performer(s) of our Customer Service Operational Trainee Program.
What Will You be Doing
Handle customers’ enquiries and respond in an efficient and professional manner
Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level via different channels
Provide proactive follow up and quality services
Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly
Who is our Right Fit
Diploma or above in any disciplines with less than 1 year’s work experience
Excellent service manner, problem solving, self-motivated, detailed-minded, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
Strong prioritizing and multitasking skills and effectively manage different timelines
Good team spirit and potential leadership ability
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
