Operations & Admin Assistant

  • Maintain and support office and clinics administration
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report for management review
  • Prepare clinic invoices and documents
  • Perform HR data entry and record keeping
  • Assist in clinic recruitment process
  • General administration duties 


  • Diploma or above with subject of business administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in operations administration
  • Prior experience in medical/service industry will be an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Excel and Word
  • Mature and confident in coordinating and communicating with all levels internally and externally
  • Able to work under pressure independently and efficiently
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • 5-day work
