Ellermann Flower Boutique and Events Design Atelier are currently expanding the team, we looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant.
As a Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the overall daily operations for a retail and online floral business. You should have excellent organisational skills, handle common administrative tools and be able to juggle multiple tasks such as filing, data input, scheduling, staffing and customer relations. Engaging conversation is required to assist with customer needs by email and telephone; track customer requests and coordinate responses to ensure timely turnaround.
