  • handling O! ePay account application
  • handling dispute, daily reconciliation and settlement of O! ePay and Octopus card transaction
  • handling administrative activities such as correspondence and communication with banks, merchants, business partner and cardholders
  • handling internal and external customer’s enquiries
  • conducting user acceptance test of system enhancement project implementation

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • Completion of Secondary Education with English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics at Level 3 or above in the HKDSE
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical working experience, preferably in banking or financial field
  • Knowledge of debit/credit card settlement / chargeback is preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, and English and Chinese word processing with at least 35 w.p.m.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills with good customer service awareness
