Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and work with operations and IT team to provide quality service in performing daily operations including data printing services and updating of SAP
  • To perform system data entries
  • To execute other assignments as appointed by the manager

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 2 year experience in clerical works/operations experience
  • Organized with good working attitude. Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mail merges and setting formula in spreadsheet
  • Familiar with printing configuration
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Familiar with SAP, PC literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
