The position holder will need to make sure the redressing specification is provide to the frontline team members, as well as to monitor and follow up order status.


  • Provide support and give instant feedback on the operation issue to the production team including order review
  • Prepare relative production documents to frontline team
  • Transact in system to issue production order and close outstanding items
  • Order status monitoring and follow up
  • Maintain good record keeping of each production
  • Coordinate with different teams in distribution center for orders arrangement
  • Ensure orders deliver within target (both quality and time)
  • Perform other ad hoc project/tasks assigned by supervisor


  • Professional diploma or degree in Manufacturing/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Min. 1 years working experience in manufacturing or 3rd party logistics provider
  • Independent
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both written & spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO9001 is an advantage
