Responsible for housekeeping and guest services’ administrative work with all-rounded exposure in major operations departments
Handling housekeeping orders, reporting room status and help refilling amenities when needed
Close coordinating with departments regarding guest requests, room status, repair & maintenance and other related matters
Assist in projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by operations’ department heads if needed
Possess general knowledge in hotel operations including housekeeping and guest services, preferable with formal training in hospitality field
At least 1 year relevant working experience preferably in hospitality industry
Pleasant personality , positive, self-motivated and good communications skills
Good team player, good organizational and administration skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
