Support Sales Team in preparing quotations and sales order with related documents and answer customer enquires
Work closely with customers & suppliers & forwarders for order process and ensure a smooth delivery
Prepare shipping documents (packing list, custom declaration) and goods receipt note and ensure accurate billing / delivery / product / pricing entries and updated inventory records in ERP system
Coordinate with Warehouse in goods returns / logistics arrangement, with necessary documents (exchange note, consignment note, etc.)
Follow up Inventory stock keeping and demand forecast with planner and sales team
Support in ERP transformation project, process improvement project when necessary
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or related discipline
At least 1-2 years working experiences with trading or shipping or CS experience, medical / healthcare industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
