Subject to satisfactory performance, you will be progressed to a senior supervisory position upon completion of the Programme with the following duties, which provide you solid foundation and experience to build up a long-term career path as railway professional engineer:
- Supervise a team of staff / contractor staff to perform corrective / preventive maintenance, implement modification works and conduct incident investigations as well as compile analysis;
- Undertake design tasks and provide technical support for the operating railway systems;
- Deploy new technology and digitalization to deliver smart maintenance and interfacing works.
