A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.The Hong Kong Flow Equity Derivatives Trade Support Group (TSG) is responsible for providing support to the Equity Single Name, Index, Convertible Bond and DSP trading desks located in Hong Kong and Tokyo for: 1) OTC trade capture and life cycle maintenance2) Ensuring the integrity of the front-to-back trade bookings3) Acting as point of escalation for operational issues with faceoff to Sales and Trading Stakeholders4) Primary / Secondary trade capture and management for MS-issued access warrants.The team is central to all activity relating to the trading desks that it supports and interacts regularly with a wide network of internal departments. Active communication between Sales, Trading, Controllers, Settlements, Client Service, IT, Compliance, and various other Ops areas is essential to the daily process. TSG owns the key controls within trade support operations, and acts as coordinator for day-to-day activities.Primary Responsibilities: - Supervision in a team of 3-4 members- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations and disciplining employees- Trade and Issue Date controls on product set-up and trade booking- Deal verification of trade booking to Term sheets or other sources- Processing lifecycle management for supported products- Daily reconciliation and clearance of position/product & internal accounting breaks- Interacting with other internal support areas such as Finance, Confirms, Settlements and Legal- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards- Identification and escalation of control-related issues, develop procedures/solutions to close gaps- Interacting with the Sales & Trading Desks, answering any ad-hoc requests/trade related questions- Partnering with stakeholders to specify and deliver business process improvements and efficiencies via changes in procedures and technology
