Operations Lead (Delivery/Courier Service)


You will be reporting to our Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who has experience building, continuously improving and running delivery business processes, who is obsessed to obtain operational excellence and top quality throughout the customer and courier experience. Growth targets, product strategy, managing third party relationships, and team management would be your key responsibilities.   • Supervise a small team, to drive inspiration and motivate team members to deliver best result on providing privileged customer and courier experience
  • Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth; analyze the business to track and improve metrics
  • Analysis of courier and customer metrics to properly find & allocate supply, guide incentive programs, and ensure high-quality customer experiences on our platform
  • Build, maintain, and communicate analysis to advise management on strategic business decision making. You’ll be a key thought partner to the Operations Manager
  • Manage and execute on high priority, needle-moving initiatives and projects in Hong Kong
  • Identify, build and enforce SOPs and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues with internal team and third-party partners.
  • Engage with cross functional team members to surface and implement best practices, actively maintaining communications with a broad stakeholder base.


  • Degree or above
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in growth hacking, business process management, experience in operations, technology or a similar area. For example in complex operating environments, customer facing processes, fast growing start-ups, etc.
  • End-to-end process ownership: Understands what a robust process looks like and can build, iterate and automate process in a scalable and efficient way
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement - you understand what drives value for couriers & customers at each stage in our on-boarding process and can make sensible commercial decisions to reflect this
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to execute and breakdown the bigger problem into smaller, key and manageable tasks.
  • Effective project management - experience delivering on a multifaceted projects with many stakeholders
  • Experience leading a team, with willingness to invest in the coaching and development of your team members
  • Highly-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced growing start-up
  • Self-starter and ability to develop new initiatives
  • Proficient SQL/HTML/Python experience a plus.
