Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of cleaning services contracts and ensure all services are in compliance with rules and regulations
  • Lead the operations team to ensure smooth operations and improve the services quality
  • Tom monitor the cost not exceed the budget plan
  • To explore the business opportunity for cleaning services

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Property management / Facility management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years' solid experience in cleaning / property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mature, self-motivated, presentable and excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and problem-solving mindset
  • Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
