Job DescriptionRole


We are currently looking for a Master of Supply Chain Management who can effectively work in an Industry full of challenges and excitement.



  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing company's policies and procedures
  • Manage overall supply chain performance of the Central Distribution Centers (CDC)
  • Ensured that inventory control needs were consistently met Group and Safety standard
  • Responsible for minimizing overstocks
  • Responsible for managing control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies highlighted are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the process of goods and services.
  • Manage the packing plan and schedule to maximize profit margin
  • Manage and monitor warehouse contractor's performance
  • Drive best practice operational procedures for all supply partners
  • Manage supplier performance based on agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Manage the interface with Airline customers to ensure accurate and timely data is processed for flight schedules and crew schedules
  • Execute and monitor operational audit programme
  • Manage the interface with central IT
  • Manage and own of the operations recovery plan
  • Work with Category Managers to development galley packing plans for respective route
  • Handle the prescribed investigation process for every bar set reconciled outside of agreed tolerance levels
  • Attend Airline customer meetings as agreed


  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position in FMCG/retail/ airline industry
  • Relevant degree qualified, preferably in logistic or related disciplines
  • Experience with strong communication across multiple facets.
  • Experience in the management of third party suppliers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of the Airline Retail industry an advantage.
  • Project management experience especially in process-improvement is an advantage
