Operations Manager, Private Wealth Management (Credit Operation)

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Operations, Operations Manager supports general banking services such as loan operations, remittance and trade settlement etc.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end loan process from loan application, drawdown to after sales support and settlement
• Develop and execute operations standard and process for banking operations team
• Ensure adherence to Legal, regulatory requirements & guidelines, and operating procedures
• Monitor the smoothness of transaction execution and exceptional cases handling
• Collaborate with other operations teams and stakeholders regarding the responsible service/operations enhancement, projects and process automation
• Support new product/service development and respective UAT
• Prepare MIS reports, management and regulatory reports
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• A university degree holder or above in Business Administrative / Mathematics / Finance or other relevant disciplines;
• At least 5 years banking operations experiences in loan processing, operations and administration;
• Solid knowledge in loan products and operations. Experience in loan related project would be an advantage;
• Familiar with banking products and operations procedures;
• Understand regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with standards;
• Strong interpersonal skill, self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently;
• Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin speaking is necessary.
